We know that quitting smoking can be extremely difficult to do. Therefore, to help you we have many ways of going about it.

    Keep busy; carry other things in your mouth like gum or candy. Also be prepared for withdrawal symptoms like irritability, headaches, and nicotine cravings.

Open Monday-Friday 9am-9pm providing information and referrals, self help materials, and phone consultation to providers.
